Head of Therapeutic Services – Children’s Services Home-based with travel across Northern England & Scotland Must be an HCPC registered Clinical or Forensic Psychologist

Compass Associates are exclusively working with an established and growing provider of specialist residential care and education for children and young people, to recruit a Head of Therapeutic Services to lead and further develop their psychological and therapeutic provision across Northern England and Scotland.

Operating across more than 50 specialist residential homes and several specialist schools, they have an established internal therapeutic team and are now looking for an experienced clinical leader to provide strategic direction across their therapeutic services.

Reporting directly into the CEO, this is a senior strategic role with responsibility for overseeing the continued development and implementation of the organisation’s psychological and therapeutic services, ensuring a consistent, evidence-based and trauma-informed approach across both residential care and education.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical leader to take ownership of an established therapeutic service while having genuine scope to shape its future direction, influence organisational strategy and further embed psychologically informed practice across a large portfolio of children’s residential and education services.
