Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule care providers efficiently using software

• Meet KPIs for calls and scheduling accuracy

• Facilitate communication with clients and families

• Update and manage client records accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education

• 2 years in Customer Service or Scheduling

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
