Are you an experienced clinician seeking genuine autonomy, a sustainable caseload, and the freedom to focus entirely on direct client care?
We are a mission-driven, collaborative group practice seeking compassionate, licensed psychotherapists to join our growing telehealth team. In this role, you retain complete control over your schedule and clinical approach while our dedicated administrative team manages credentialing, intake matching, and insurance billing.

- Conduct comprehensive clinical intakes, establish diagnostic impressions, and formulate individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Complete timely, ethical clinical documentation (intakes, progress notes, treatment plans) in our EHR within 24–48 hours of service delivery.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary providers and participate in clinical consultations when beneficial for optimal client outcomes
Position Requirements
Masters,
1+ Years
work experience Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted license in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD). Dual or multi-state licensure is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure outpatient or telehealth clinical experience.
- Environment: Dedicated, private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable utilizing video-based teletherapy platforms.
- Core Values: Strong dedication to clinical ethics, cultural humility, and compassionate client care.
- Evidence-Based Modalities: CBT, ACT, DBT skills, or Mindfulness-based interventions.
- Trauma-Informed Care: EMDR, Brainspotting, or CPT.
- Couples & Relational Therapy: Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Relational Life Therapy.
Required Language Skills:
- Farsi - Very good
