Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and development training across a defined region from a home-based base. The role will involve travel to around 5 sites as part of ongoing staff development and ensuring care is delivered with compassion and person-centred focus.
You will witness staff progression from day one through their Barchester career, coordinating training calendars, maintaining files, and promoting opportunities across the organisation.
