Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist for the RRIC Community Practitioner role (Band
6) at Marlow Community Hospital. The post is part-time (22.5 hours/week) with flexible working and service coverage from 8am-8pm, including weekends.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide expert interventions to support early discharge, prevent unnecessary hospitalisation, and enable home-based recovery for patients in Buckinghamshire.
