Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria- Doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology or equivalent
- Eligible/Registered with HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist
- Post Qualification training in relevant clinical approaches
- Training in providing supervision
- Training in a specific trauma focused therapy (e.g. EMDR, trauma focused CBT)
- Experience working within adult mental health
- Experience/understanding of the unique context of working in the NHS
- Experience providing interventions across a range of complex presentations
- Experience providing supervision
- Experience providing consultation/reflective practice
- Experience providing psychological support to staff
- Experience working with staff teams
- Experience in research, audit and/or service evaluation
- A genuine and demonstrated interest in working in staff psychological wellbeing
- A positive approach to working with difference and diversity & promoting inclusion in all aspects of work
