• Doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology or equivalent
• Eligible/Registered with HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist

• Post Qualification training in relevant clinical approaches
• Training in providing supervision
• Training in a specific trauma focused therapy (e.g. EMDR, trauma focused CBT)

• Experience working within adult mental health
• Experience/understanding of the unique context of working in the NHS
• Experience providing interventions across a range of complex presentations

• Experience providing supervision
• Experience providing consultation/reflective practice
• Experience providing psychological support to staff
• Experience working with staff teams
• Experience in research, audit and/or service evaluation

• A genuine and demonstrated interest in working in staff psychological wellbeing
• A positive approach to working with difference and diversity & promoting inclusion in all aspects of work
