Com Psych, a leader in EAP and managed care, is seeking skilled Guidance Consultants to provide direct support for clients' wellness needs. Functioing remotely, you will conduct clinical intakes, manage referrals, and deliver top-tier service by adhering to internal protocols and best practices while ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intakes to assess clients' behavioral health

• Maintain adherence to service protocols and compliance

• Utilize problem-solving skills to enhance client interactions

• Educate clients on available resources and services

• Document client interactions accurately and comprehensively

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or similar

• Clinical assessment experience and crisis management skills

• Exceptional listening and outstanding customer service

• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Proven stable work history crucial for success
