Company Description Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic supporting children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. The centre offers specialized services in Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Individualized Education Programs. Role Description   The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children with speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as feeding and swallowing challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering one-on-one and group interventions, and documenting progress in a clear, accurate manner. The role involves close collaboration with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and effective home-based strategies.

The Speech Language Pathologist will also participate in team meetings, case reviews, and parent education sessions to support holistic child development. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre in Kozhikode.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Speech Therapy and the assessment and treatment of Speech-related concerns.
Strong knowledge of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders, with experience developing individualized intervention plans.
Clinical skills in evaluating and managing Dysphagia and feeding/swallowing difficulties in pediatric clients.
Recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution; relevant professional licensure/registration as required.
Experience working with children with developmental delays, neurological conditions, and learning disabilities in a clinical or school-based setting.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with parents and caregivers.
Strong documentation, time management, and caseload organization skills, with commitment to evidence-based practice.
Comfort working on-site in a child-centered environment; openness to ongoing learning, training, and professional development.
