As our Clinical Community Lead (Community of Practice) , you will use your advanced clinical experience, service development expertise and multidisciplinary leadership skills to maintain our confident, collaborative and well-connected professional community. You will create opportunities for shared learning, practical problem-solving and the spread of best practice, helping clinicians and professionals feel informed, supported and equipped to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will be part of our highly productive Information and Professional Development team, championing our education and information work streams, extending their reach and ensuring professionals have confidence in the resources, learning and support available to them. This is a home-based role with regular travel requirements across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, including overnight stays. Main Responsibilities Lead and co-ordinate the Community of Practice, encouraging engagement, collaboration and shared learning Facilitate meetings, learning events and knowledge-sharing activities Promote clinical excellence, person-centred care and quality improvement Build effective relationships with practitioners, professional groups and external partners Support the identification and sharing of best practice, innovation and learning Mentor and support clinicians to develop confidence, competence and professional growth Identify learning needs and contribute to the design and delivery of education programmes Lead profession-specific groups including nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and speech and language therapists Translate research and evidence into practical clinical approaches Provide expert clinical insight to support service development, resources and strategic decision-making About You Essential Registered clinician with significant advanced clinical experience in the MND field Proven experience of service development and improvement Strong leadership and facilitation skills within multidisciplinary environments Well-established professional network across MND care and research Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills Experience leading or facilitating communities of practice, networks or collaborative forums Experience designing, delivering and evaluating education, learning programmes or knowledge-sharing initiatives Excellent understanding of clinical governance, quality improvement and evidence-based practice Experience using evaluation and data to demonstrate impact Commitment to inclusion, continuous improvement and supporting others to succeed Willingness and flexibility to travel in line with the role requirements Further information about working for the MND Association and full job description is available in the attached Candidate Pack.
