Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Occupational Therapist to join the Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team at Woodlands Centre for Acute Care, St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex.
You will assess, plan and deliver high-quality care to people in mental health crisis, working with service users, carers, families and partner agencies to enable recovery and safer community care.
