Horizon Care, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is seeking an On-Call Operator for domiciliary care. This fully remote role covers evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, acting as the first point of contact to keep care services running when offices are closed.
You’ll handle urgent calls, manage staff rotas, and coordinate safe, compliant care delivery using PASS system or Care Planner. The position offers excellent hourly pay (£12.71) and flexible remote working.
