Rethink Mental Illness is seeking an experienced Overnight Team Leader to join the Black Country 24/7 Mental Health Helpline. You will lead an overnight team delivering urgent mental health support, while coordinating rosters and developing staff in a 12:00am–8:00am shift pattern across weekends.
The role combines direct caller support with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality, recovery-focused care and effective collaboration with NHS services and partner organisations.
