Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Mental Health Nurse to join the Crisis Team as a Crisis Team Clinician. The role supports the urgent care pathway with intensive home-based interventions and risk-managed care in the least restrictive setting.
You will work with a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team to develop individualised care packages for service users and their families, with referrals from GPs, ED, police, and street triage teams.
