When you'll be working:

Regular, rolling rota for consistency2 week live in assignments

Ongoing, reliable work each month

Zero-hours contract (to reflect changing care needs), with stable hours in practice

Continuity is key—you’ll become part of a trusted, consistent care team supporting one  this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

What you'll be doing:

In this rewarding role, you’ll live in a client’s home during your assignment, providing personalised, one-to-one support.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Assisting with moving and handling

Helping with daily household tasks

Encouraging social activities and community engagement

You’ll play a vital role in helping someone live as independently and fully as possible.

What to look forward to:£127.50 per day on a zero hour contract]You’ll also receive an additional 14.07% holiday payon every hour worked

Potential for regular consistent work with set rolling rotas – minimum of 2 weeks onA Nest Personal Pension account
