NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Rehabilitation Assistant to join the London-based Intensive Rehabilitation Service. You will manage a community caseload and work with Nurses, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to deliver person-centred care in patients' homes.
The role requires weekend rota participation, a Care Certificate, and probationary assessment. A supportive NHS environment offers CPD time and access to the Pension Scheme.
