Position: Remote Safety Monitoring Technician Role
Enhance patient care remotely as a Virtual Safety Monitoring Technician with Oak Valley Health. Engage in continuous observation and support for patients, ensuring safety at all times in a telehealth environment.

As an integral member of the Access and Flow Command Center team, you will monitor patients using advanced technology, adapting to their needs and addressing any safety concerns. Your excellent communication and critical-thinking skills will enable you to provide reassurance and support through remote channels, making a significant impact on patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients using telemonitoring technology

• Maintain continuous observation of high-risk patients

• Communicate reassurance and support to patients

• Report patient behavior changes to clinical teams

• Document observations accurately and timely

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma required

• 2–4 years of customer service experience

• 1–3 years in a healthcare environment is preferred

• Strong technological proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
