About the job Sr Physiotherapist (Home Therapy/Day Rehabilitation Centre)Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Sr Physiotherapist:
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and utilise appropriate outcome measurement tools to evaluate functional status and therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans and rehabilitation goals tailored to each patient's condition and progress.
- Provide physiotherapy treatment and intervention in home-based care settings.
- Educate and train caregivers on patient care techniques, exercises, and use of prescribed equipment.
- Support discharge planning and coordinate referrals to other healthcare or community services where necessary.
- Participate in monthly home therapy meetings and multidisciplinary discussions.
- Conduct therapy in-service training sessions and attend departmental training programmes for continuous professional development.
- Maintain proper clinical documentation and support administrative duties related to patient care and therapy services.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Ministry of Health Singapore.
- Full professional registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Relevant experience in physiotherapy practice, including independent assessment and intervention planning.
- Ability to work independently in home-based or community care settings.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient management skills.
- Ability to develop individualised rehabilitation plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Organised, compassionate, and committed to delivering quality patient care.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,000 +AWS+VB (1 Month)

Simei - Working Hours:5 Days Work, 8am - 5:45pm
