About the Role
As a Sports / MSK Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing rehabilitation programs for our clients. You’ll conduct live 1-on-1 training sessions of 1 hour each, conduct assessments, document case details, and work closely with the support staff to provide an integrated approach to rehabilitation. You will also have the opportunity to learn advanced rehabilitation techniques and work on end-stage Return-to-Play (RTP) strategies for sports clients.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct online live sessions with clients 8 hours/day, guiding them through their rehabilitation programs
Regularly update the workouts of clients in our application at periodic intervals
Conduct and submit detailed assessment reports
Continuously explore rescheduling possibilities for clients who have missed sessions, in your vacant slots
Maintain clean records of the client sessions, weekly progress, and results in Excel
Ensure daily submission of client sessions conducted details (training protocols, attendance reports)
Work in an integrated team environment, collaborating with SnC coaches, physiotherapists, and other professionals
Engage in continuous learning to upgrade your knowledge and skillset with advanced rehabilitation techniques
Contribute to administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations
Assist with end-stage RTP programming for sports clients

What We're Looking For
Physiotherapists with a keen interest in MSK/Sports (recent graduates are welcome). 0-2 YOE
Preferred candidates should have knowledge of knee-related injuries and RTP programming
Prefer someone who likes working out themself and understands progressive overload
