Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + benefits
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hrs (Mon-Fri, 08:30-16:30) - Part-time may be considered

About the RoleOH Medical is recruiting on behalf of a leading Occupational Health provider for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their Chester and Liverpool team. This hybrid role offers flexibility with most days remote, while requiring 5 days per month onsite with a nuclear weapons client and occasional travel to other clients within an hour of home.
You will deliver a full Occupational Health service, including case management, health surveillance, PPQs, first day absence management, and other face-to-face assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct case management and employee health assessments
- Carry out health surveillance and fitness for work assessments
- Complete pre-employment medical screening
- Support employees with physical and mental health concerns
- Maintain high clinical standards in occupational healthcare
- Travel to client sites as required for face-to-face OH assessments
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
- Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor / OH Nurse / OH Practitioner
- Strong case management experience
- OH Nursing qualification is desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to travel to client sites within an hour of home
