Occupational Health Advisor - Cheshire (Hybrid, 3 Days On Site)

Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + Benefits | Permanent | Full Time, 37.5 hrs

OH Medical are recruiting on behalf of a leading Occupational Health provider for an Occupational Health Advisor to join their team in Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OHA who enjoys a balance of on-site clinical work and home-based duties, with strong professional development on offer.

Security clearance will be required for this role. Previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor is essential.

This hybrid position involves three days per week on-site across two contracts, with the remaining days worked from home. The role offers a mix of clinical and advisory duties, including:

• Case management
• Health surveillance
• Immunisations
• Pre-employment and fitness-for-work assessments
• Workplace assessments and reporting
• Supporting employee wellbeing across physical and mental health
• You'll be part of a supportive clinical team with scope to grow your skills and advance your Occupational Health career.

• RGN with current NMC registration
• Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor, including case management experience
• Skills in HAVS, Audio or Spirometry are desirable but not essential
• Ability to travel to client sites weekly
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong IT Literacy
• Ability to travel to the client site as required weekly
