We have an exciting opportunity to join our Health & Wellbeing team and support with the delivery of our Active Wellbeing Programme, which aims to support inactive adults become more physically active and improve their overall health and wellbeing.

You will work as part of the health and wellbeing team, who are working collaboratively with a wide range of partner organisations across Suffolk to increase opportunities for adults to be physically active.
This role will focus on providing administrative support to our Active Wellbeing Service by liaising with clients, managing data, compiling resources and producing communications. You will also represent the team at events to support the delivery of programme.
You will have direct communication with clients and partner organisations via email and frequent phone calls; therefore, you must have excellent communication, listening and organisation skills. As well as the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
The Active Wellbeing Service is delivered in the South Rural Primary Care Network which covers from the Shotley peninsula up to Needham Market and some travel will be required to health centres and events in those areas when required.
