Position: Remote Pharmaceutical Medical Science Liaison (MSL)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and scientifically astute Remote Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to serve as a key scientific and medical communicator within their organization. This role is essential for building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in relevant therapeutic areas and disseminating cutting‑edge scientific information about our client's products and research. As a fully remote professional, you will cover a designated geographic territory, engaging with healthcare professionals and providing critical scientific exchange.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), researchers, and healthcare providers in assigned therapeutic areas.
  • Deliver accurate and balanced scientific information regarding our client's products, research pipeline, and therapeutic areas.
  • Gather insights from KOLs regarding treatment landscapes, unmet medical needs, and research trends.
  • Support the development and execution of medical affairs strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide scientific and clinical expertise to internal teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales.
  • Identify potential investigators and sites for clinical trials and real‑world evidence studies.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree (Pharm.D., M.D., Ph.D.) in a life sciences or healthcare‑related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a similar medical affairs role.
  • Deep scientific understanding of specific therapeutic areas relevant to the company's portfolio.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and credibility with key healthcare professionals.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage a remote territory effectively.
