This hybrid assessment role offers structure, professional development, and genuine work‑life balance. You’ll use your clinical judgement, assessment skills, and communication experience to support individuals applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Work Capability Assessments (WCA) on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions.

It’s an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking stability, flexibility, and a new direction in healthcare, with both full-time and part‑time roles available.

  • NMC or HCPC Registered Healthcare Professional
  • Minimum 1 year post-registration clinical experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills and typing ability
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
  • Experience supporting individuals with a range of complex health conditions
Your Role
  • Conduct telephone and face‑to‑face assessments
  • Evaluate how health conditions impact daily living and functional ability
  • Produce detailed, evidence‑based clinical reports
  • Work within a hybrid model – home‑based and assessment centre
What You’ll Get in Return
  • Monday to Friday working – no nights, weekends, or bank holidays
  • Full-time and part‑time opportunities available
  • Hybrid working to support work‑life balance
  • Comprehensive paid training and structured induction
  • Ongoing professional development and clinical support
  • Generous annual leave and pension scheme
  • Supportive, professional team environment
  • Long‑term career stability outside of shift‑based roles
