Exercise Activity Leader; Online Oakleaf Enterprise

Oakleaf Enterprise is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Exercise Activity Leader to deliver engaging online exercise and movement sessions for adults managing their mental health and wellbeing across Guildford and Waverley. This self-employed opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful difference while working alongside a respected local mental health charity.

• General fitness and exercise
• Stretch and mobility sessions
• Strength and conditioning
• Cardio and movement activities
• Balance and coordination exercises
• Healthy lifestyle and wellbeing activities

Please note that yoga sessions are not being sought as part of this opportunity.

Sessions are designed to help participants build confidence, improve wellbeing, develop new skills and connect with others in a welcoming and supportive environment. Activities are typically delivered once a week in course blocks ranging from 4 to 12 weeks.

Self-employed position.

Typically one-hour sessions.

Courses run in blocks of 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks.

Public liability insurance required.

DBS check provided by Oakleaf Enterprise.
