Role Overview :
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Substance Use - Adolescent Addiction Specialist to work on a Full-time basis. This role involves providing specialized care and intervention for adolescents struggling with substance use disorders, ensuring evidence-based treatment and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of adolescent clients to determine substance use severity and treatment needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Provide evidence-based counseling and therapy sessions tailored to adolescent populations.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed to achieve positive outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a substance use disorder counselor in the applicable state.
Experience providing addiction treatment services to adolescents in a clinical or community setting.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices for adolescent substance use disorder treatment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with adolescents and their families.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team of healthcare professionals.
