We're looking for an inspirational Director, Quality & Regulatory Assurance – Life Sciences & Healthcare UKI to lead our Quality function across a diverse, highly regulated healthcare network. This is a rare opportunity to shape quality strategy, influence business growth, engage directly with regulatory authorities and customers, and build a world-class quality culture that enables our business to thrive while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, compliance and operational excellence.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE Leading and inspiring a team of Quality and Regulatory specialists across multiple UKI sites.

Acting as the senior Quality leader and regulatory expert for pharmaceutical and healthcare operations.

Partnering with senior business leaders to shape and deliver the UKI Life Sciences & Healthcare quality strategy.

Engaging with major pharmaceutical customers, presenting quality capabilities and supporting business growth opportunities.

Working with regulatory authorities including the MHRA and Home Office to maintain licences and compliance standards.

Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, reduce risk and strengthen operational excellence.

Reviewing quality metrics, audits, CAPAs, deviations and compliance trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Supporting new customer implementations, tenders, acquisitions and strategic projects, ensuring quality remains at the heart of every solution.
