Care and Support Assistant - Mental Health; CQC)

• Deliver personalised care and support, helping customers live as independently as possible
• Support with washing, dressing, bathing and personal hygiene
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Assist with shopping, cleaning and laundry tasks
• Help customers arrange and attend appointments
• Promote a positive culture by engaging with customers and reducing social isolation

We work closely with the Home Office in order to prevent illegal working. An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be necessary in the event of a successful application which we will pay for. • Personalised approach to care and ideally experiences supporting people with mental health needs
• Enthusiastic and flexible approach
• Strong organisational skills and basic literacy and numeracy
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet deadlines
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
• Good communication skills to build strong relationships with customers
• Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
