• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support elderly, disabled, frail, and special-needs clients
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, feeding, and medication reminders
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and comfort standards
• Follow care plans and facility policies

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude
• Willingness to learn and work in care environments
• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed
• No formal qualification required
• Experience in care homes or healthcare is an advantage but not mandatory
