This full-time position allows you to leverage your expertise in audiology while offering remote assistance in hearing aid fitting and troubleshooting. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will engage with clients through telemedicine to provide comprehensive hearing care solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather case history and interpret hearing tests

• Build rapport and assess client needs

• Fit and troubleshoot hearing aids via phone/video

• Train clients on tele-health services usage

• Apply clinical knowledge to improve client outcomes

Requirements:

• Active Audiologist License in good standing

• 3+ years experience with adults in hearing aids

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology

• Availability during business hours and weekends

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
