The role pays £100 to £400 per session, and applications close on 31 December 2026 at 23:59. The practitioner conducts secure therapy sessions for people managing anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, panic attacks and trauma-related conditions. The work also covers relationship, family, child, teen, workplace and employee-assistance counselling.

The clinical remit includes anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, panic attacks, trauma and post-traumatic stress, ADHD, bipolar disorder, anger management and addiction counselling.
Workplace support forms another part of the role through employee assistance programmes and work-related mental-health concerns. A practitioner develops a treatment plan, records sessions confidentially, monitors progress and adjusts the therapeutic approach as care develops. The role requires clear communication and documentation throughout the client relationship.## Contract Delivery Across The United Kingdom Mantra Care uses a contractor model with flexible working hours and schedule control.
The work takes place through a secure teletherapy and video platform, so the practitioner needs stable internet access and a private home-work setup that protects client conversations and records.
The practitioner does not carry clinic rent, marketing or operational overhead within this arrangement. Mantra Care provides the secure infrastructure and online workflow connected to sessions, while the contractor delivers the clinical service from the United Kingdom.## Qualifications And Therapeutic ExperienceA master's degree in psychology, counselling, clinical psychology or a related field forms the academic requirement. Clinical psychologists need a valid RCI licence where that licence applies to their professional status.
