Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for patient support program

• Manage timely patient enrollment into the program

• Provide telephone support and adherence assistance

• Collaborate with healthcare providers regarding reimbursement documentation

• Maintain accurate patient information in CRM system

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in healthcare preferred

• Bilingualism is an asset, especially in Quebec

• Experience with reimbursement billing is advantageous
