Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, rota-based)

We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Y Felinheli, Gwynedd, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and neurological conditions.

Complete Care & Enablement supports people across North Wales with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and neurological needs. Our focus is on helping individuals live as independently as possible while receiving the personalised support they need to thrive.

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enriching people's lives, promoting wellbeing, and making a meaningful difference every day.

The people we support enjoy a wide range of activities, and you'll help make these possible, including:

• Arts and crafts
• Leisure and entertainment activities
• Days out, meals, and social events
• Theme Park visits
• Holidays and short breaks
• Outdoor pursuits
• Community hub activities
• Cooking and baking to develop life skills

• Deliver person-centred support tailored to individual needs
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Support individuals to access activities, appointments, and the local community
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
• Participate in a rota that includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins

• Confident communicators with basic IT and written skills

No previous care experiences? No problem. Full training and a comprehensive induction programme will be provided.

• Ability to communicate in Welsh is essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to work unsociable hours on a rota basis
• Commitment to achieving a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care
