Senior Medical Science Liaison Manager (F/M/X) Italy

We are currently looking for experienced Senior Medical Science Liaison Manager (F/M/X) to support the expansion of its Medical Affairs organization in Italy and contribute to the preparation of a highly promising oncology launch.
Your responsibilities
✅ Build and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, academic centers and clinical study sites
✅ Lead peer-to-peer scientific exchanges and communicate relevant clinical data
✅ Support congresses, advisory boards and scientific education
✅ Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations and other cross-functional teams
✅ Contribute territory insights to medical planning, launch readiness and engagement priorities
Your profile
Doctoral degree in a scientific or medical discipline
8+ years of MSL or comparable industry experience in Italy
Strong oncology expertise; lung and GI cancer experience preferred
Willingness to travel up to 60% within the territory
