Public Health Program Coordinator

Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia

Hybrid role, requiring a balance between remote work and on-site engagement at the Bekasi facility.

Responsibilities include coordinating program activities, engaging with community members, collaborating with healthcare providers, monitoring program effectiveness.

• Coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of public health programs.
• Engage with community members to understand health needs and promote program participation.
• Build and maintain relationships with local health centers, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Organize and facilitate health education workshops and outreach events.
• Manage program logistics, including scheduling, resource management, and participant tracking.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor program progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on program activities, outcomes, and impact for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with public health regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align program efforts with broader organizational goals.
• Stay updated on current public health trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in public health program coordination or management.
• Strong understanding of public health principles and community health issues.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse populations.
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and digital tools for collaboration and program management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
• Knowledge of local health systems and resources in the Bekasi area is a plus.
• Must be able to work from our Bekasi office as required by the hybrid schedule.
