Our client is seeking a skilled Pharmacist with a specialization in Compounding for a fully remote role. This position focuses on providing expert advice and support on the preparation of customized medications. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and patients to ensure the safe, effective, and compliant formulation of specialized pharmaceutical preparations. • Provide remote expert consultation on compounding techniques, formulations, and best practices.
• Review and verify complex prescription orders for compounded medications.
• Ensure adherence to USP 795 and USP 800 guidelines for sterile and non-sterile compounding.
• Educate healthcare providers and patients on the appropriate use and handling of compounded therapies.
• Collaborate with compounding pharmacists and technicians to address formulation challenges.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compounding regulations, standards, and advancements.

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current and active pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical compounding.
• In-depth knowledge of USP 795 and USP 800 standards.
• Strong understanding of sterile and non-sterile preparation techniques.
