To help us be successful in our mission we are looking for a Senior Clinical Services Manager to join our Scotland & Northern Ireland Team.
40 hours per week / Field-Based / Perm Contract

As our Senior Clinical Services Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient outcomes, leading high-performing clinical teams, and driving operational excellence across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered healthcare professional who thrives in a leadership role, is passionate about patient-centred care, and enjoys building strong partnerships across healthcare systems.

You'll provide leadership to multidisciplinary clinical teams working across multiple locations and community settings throughout Scotland and Northern Ireland. You'll be responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality service delivery while supporting business growth, operational performance, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with internal stakeholders, NHS partners, regulators, and operational teams to ensure patients receive the very best care possible.

This role covers Scotland and Northern Ireland and involves a combination of field, site-based, and home working. Regular regional travel is required, with the expectation of being present within each region at least once a month to fulfil operational and regulatory responsibilities

What's required to be successful?

We're seeking a proven clinical leader who combines strong operational management experience with a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

You’ll ideally have:

• Current RGN Part 1 NMC registration.
• Significant experience leading and managing clinical teams
• Experience delivering against quality, safety, operational, and financial performance targets.
• Strong understanding of NHS structures, priorities, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing change, driving service improvements, and leading transformation initiatives.
• The ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop teams to achieve their full potential.
• Teaching, assessing, mentorship, or equivalent clinical education qualifications.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulation and governance requirements.
