• Manage the full lifecycle of healthcare technology projects, from strategic planning to implementation and post-launch evaluation.

• Ensure all projects adhere to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, POPIA, and other relevant data privacy laws.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, and track project progress meticulously.
• Identify and mitigate risks specific to healthcare technology projects, ensuring patient safety and data security.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior leadership, clinical teams, and technology partners.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in the healthcare technology or health IT sector.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and relevant regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a fully remote setting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR), telehealth platforms, or other health IT systems.
• PMP or a related project management certification is highly preferred.
