Company Description  Mind Meadow , is a multidisciplinary centre for child development and mental health that offers both in-person and virtual services, including therapies and home-based parent training modules. As a pioneering “phygital” center, Mind Meadow focuses on innovative, data-driven approaches to child and adolescent mental health care. The team is dedicated to early intervention and holistic management for developmental, behavioural, and emotional challenges such as autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, and other disorders of development.

Professionals collaborate across disciplines to design individualized diagnostic and intervention plans for each child’s unique needs. The center brings the well-being of children and adolescents to the forefront, guided by a strong foundation in human childhood development.

Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Psychologist role based at Mind Meadow in Srinagar Kashmir. The RCI Licensed Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, formulate diagnosis, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with developmental, emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges. Daily responsibilities include providing evidence-informed counseling and therapy, guiding parents and caregivers through psychoeducation and home-based training modules, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation and case records.

The role involves close collaboration with other team members to ensure coordinated multidisciplinary care. The Licensed Psychologist will also participate in team meetings, contribute to data driven decision making, and stay current with emerging trends and research in child and adolescent mental health.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in child development , Psychology and Mental Health, with experience working with children and adolescents.
Proficiency in assessments , counseling, including individual therapy and family or parent-focused interventions.
Competence in Psychological & developmental Assessment, including standardized tools relevant to developmental, behavioral, and learning disorders.

Recognized RCI licensed or registration to practice as a Psychologist, in accordance with applicable regulations.
A MUST HAVE :
Relevant postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, or a related field with a degree for registration as a psychologist with RCI.
Experience in multidisciplinary, data-driven settings and familiarity with early intervention approaches.
Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build rapport with children, adolescents, and families.
Organizational skills for managing caseloads, documentation, and collaborative treatment planning.
