Our client is searching for a compassionate and experienced Case Manager specializing in substance abuse support to join their growing team in Pretoria . This remote-first position allows you to leverage your expertise to guide clients through recovery, providing essential support, resource navigation, and motivational counseling. You will play an instrumental part in empowering individuals to achieve and maintain sobriety, contributing to a healthier community across Gauteng and beyond.

• Assess clients' needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
• Provide ongoing case management and support services to individuals with substance use disorders.
• Connect clients with appropriate treatment programs, counseling, and community resources.
• Monitor client progress and provide encouragement throughout their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in line with ethical standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support networks.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Relevant certification or license as a substance abuse counselor is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in case management, preferably within addiction services.
• In-depth knowledge of addiction, recovery processes, and available support systems.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload and maintain meticulous records remotely.
