An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the inpatients
- Adults and Specialist Rehabilitation Division, to support our clinical services.

The working hours are between Monday
- Sunday 8-8.

The posts will cover a range of administrative duties, predominately data input, photocopying, telephone answering, monitoring of generic/personal email accounts, scheduling of appointments, pulling patient records. Experience working on Rio. Welcoming visitors.

• GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English

• Experience of using word processing packages
• Experience in a similar administrative/business support role
• Experience working in the NHS or public sector.

• Knowledge of database input, producing standard reports
• Knowledge of electronic patient information systems, Ability to input accurately
• Good organisation skills
• IT skills including word, excel and outlook

• Ability to work as part of a Team
• Flexible approach to workload and location
• Flexibility to cover out of hours
• Attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willingness to undertake training as required
