We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and customer-focused Senior Implementation & Training Officer to join our ICT team and play a pivotal role in delivering digital transformation across the Local Health Community.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation, adoption, and training of innovative ICT systems that support healthcare professionals in delivering outstanding patient care. Working closely with clinicians, managers, and stakeholders, you will ensure that technology solutions meet both business and clinical requirements while providing excellent customer service throughout the implementation journey.

As a Senior Implementation & Training Officer, you will support the Project Implementation and Training Team Leader in developing and delivering implementation and training activities that contribute to national and local digital transformation programmes.
