Job Title: Speech Therapist
Location: Dubai, UAE – Dubai Silicon Oasis
Employment Type: Full-Time
About Us
Rehoboth Speech and Occupational Therapy Centre is a therapy centre dedicated to supporting children with developmental, communication, and learning needs. We provide individualized, child-centered speech and occupational therapy services in a supportive environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments for pediatric clients.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide one-to-one speech and language therapy sessions.
- Support children with speech, language, communication, and developmental difficulties.
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Prepare assessment reports, progress reports, and session notes.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and occupational therapists.
- Provide parent education and home-based therapy recommendations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Language Therapy, or a related field.
- DHA license or eligibility to obtain a DHA license.
- Pediatric clinical experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
