Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland (CHSS) is seeking a Stroke Nurse to join the Stroke Nurse Service, delivering specialist assessment, advice and support to individuals and families after stroke. You’ll manage a community caseload across NHS Borders, offering person-centred care and working with health and social care partners to improve outcomes.
The role is hybrid and home-based with travel for visits and meetings; you’ll need strong clinical and communication skills and the ability to work
