Join Recovery Alberta as an Occupational Therapist I, specializing in evidence-informed therapies and supporting clients remotely. Focus on enabling meaningful occupations while contributing to client care in Grande Prairie.

As an Occupational Therapist I, you’ll provide critical services that enhance occupational performance, catering to individual needs. Collaboration with clients, families, and an interprofessional team ensures comprehensive support for rehabilitation and independence.

Your role includes triage, assessment, goal setting, and case management, ensuring clients achieve their best functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-informed occupational therapy services

• Collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders

• Conduct assessments and treatment plans for clients

• Supervise Therapy Assistants and students

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Registered with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists

• Experience in inpatient psychiatry preferred

• Familiarity with Connect Care is an asset

• Experience with youth or geriatric populations
