This full-time role supports both pediatrics and adults in home and school settings. You will assess needs, analyze environmental impacts, and work with professionals to create tailored plans. Your expertise in critical thinking and problem-solving will be integral in addressing client needs while fostering trust and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct community visits for needs assessments

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for client-centered care

• Develop tailored service plans adjusting to client environments

• Maintain client records following regulatory standards

• Stay updated on practice changes affecting care

Requirements:

• Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists

• Strong critical thinking and community resource knowledge

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (within 12 months)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS)
