Live-in Care Assistant in Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster

Location: Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster
Salary: £600-£700 per week
Hours: 24 hours with breaks

We are looking for a kind, reliable Live-in Carer to support our customer in their own home, helping them maintain their independence and comfort.

Our customer enjoys football, good conversation and English food. From chatting about a match to preparing a favourite meal, you’ll provide companionship alongside practical care, taking time to understand their routines and preferences.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Helping with personal care, including washing and dressing.
• Preparing meals and helping with shopping.
• Prompting medication in line with the agreed care plan.
• Light housekeeping and support with daily routines.
• Providing companionship and supporting their interests.
• Encouraging independence and respecting their privacy and choices.

Requirements:

• A warm, patient and caring approach.
• Reliability and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.
• Respect for the customer’s home, routines and confidentiality.
• A commitment to providing high standards of care.
• Full induction and ongoing training.
• Support from our local office and field team.

Working arrangement: Living in the customer’s home during your placement.
