Support Worker Complete Care & Enablement and Care Tech Community Services Ltd

Location:

Y Felinheli, Gwynedd Pay: £13.45 per hour plus £62.64 sleep-in allowance

Hours:

Permanent, Full-Time (
37.5 hours per week, rota-based)

We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Y Felinheli, Gwynedd, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and neurological conditions.

About the Service Complete Care & Enablement supports people across North Wales with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and neurological needs.

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enriching people's lives, promoting wellbeing, and making a meaningful difference every day.

The Role As a Support Worker, you will:
  • Deliver person-centred support tailored to individual needs
  • Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required
  • Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Support individuals to access activities, appointments, and the local community
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
  • Participate in a rota that includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins
About You

  • Confident communicators with basic IT and written skills
  • Passionate about helping others achieve their goals
  • No previous care experiences?

Full training and a comprehensive induction programme will be provided.

Essential Requirements
  • Ability to communicate in Welsh is essential
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to work unsociable hours on a rota basis
  • Commitment to achieving a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Enhanced DBS check (paid for by Care Tech)
