Abound Health is seeking Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with I/DD in Bellefonte, PA. Roles offer both full-time and part-time hours, with a $1,000 signing bonus and pay ranging $17.00–$25.00 per hour.
DSPs provide one-on-one in clients’ homes and communities, promoting safety, independence, and dignity. Responsibilities include skill development, community activity support, documentation, and ongoing training.
