In this role, youll support people to live as independently as possible within their own home, promoting choice, control, and inclusion in everyday life. Youll play a key role in ensuring each person receives tailored, person-centred support that reflects their goals, preferences, and aspirations. Reporting to the Registered Manager, youll divide your time between hands-on support and leadership or administrative responsibilities.
Youll support the coordination of the service, guide and mentor staff, and ensure the service runs smoothly, safely, and in line with best practice and regulatory standards. This is a varied and rewarding role where you can have a direct and lasting impact.
