We're looking for Per Diem BCBAs across Lawrenceville, GA who are passionate about clinical excellence, value flexibility, and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

This position is available across Lawrenceville and surrounding areas, providing flexibility to work with clients in your area based on availability, client needs, and clinical requirements.

This is a flexible position offering remote, hybrid, and in-person work options, depending on client needs, clinical requirements, location, and assigned cases.

BCBAs may have the opportunity to provide services remotely when appropriate, while some cases may require in-person services based on client and family needs.

BCBAs currently living in Lawrenceville or surrounding areas are encouraged to apply. Candidates currently living outside the area are also welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to the Lawrenceville area when in-person services or other position requirements make relocation necessary and they meet all applicable certification and licensure requirements.

While remote opportunities are available, certain cases and clinical responsibilities may require in-person services. Reliable transportation is required when in-person travel is necessary.

As a Per Diem BCBA
, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful progress for children and families.

You’ll have the flexibility to work around your availability while maintaining high standards of clinical care and collaboration.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to guide individualized programming
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
